The Delta Project and Framework had a dedicated session at the 2022 Better Cotton Conference. The session took place on Day 1 of the conference - Wednesday 22 June, with the following focus: Creating a shared approach to measuring and communicating sustainability progress – the Delta Framework.

A Delta Framework update was presented during the “Sustainable Cotton Round Table Summit - Part 2” at the 2021 Textile Exchange Conference. Industry trailblazers and peers met for Textile Exchange’s annual global conference, in collaboration for the first time with the Sustainable Apparel Coalition. Find out more.

The 2019 Global Cotton Sustainability Conference brought the entire sector together from 12 to 13 June to shape a more sustainable future for cotton. The conference brought diverse stakeholders together to share knowledge, inspire action and foster an increased commitment to more sustainable cotton.

IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative, and the Global Coffee Platform presented the Delta Project in a joint lecture session during World of Coffee 2019 in Berlin. A number of researchers and data experts expressed a high level of interest in the project. The general feedback highlighted the need for aligned and standardized sustainability performance measurement across different agricultural sectors.
The GCP Country Congress and Membership Assembly 2019 is the exclusive gathering for national, international, public, and private sector stakeholders to learn, exchange, create, and collaborate to achieve real, measurable impact on the livelihoods of coffee farming families around the world.
During interactive sessions the area of sustainability performance measurement was discussed as one of many aspects in landscape approaches to enhance enabling environments for smallholder producers. The Delta Project was included in the discussions around impact measurement and data. The Delta Project team were invited to participate in the next steps of the project.
